Bake Against The Grain is a 100% gluten-free home bakery based in Elmira, NY, created from a love of baking, family tradition, and the belief that no one should feel left out when it comes to dessert. After years of undiagnosed Celiac disease, our founder learned firsthand how difficult it can be to find gluten-free treats that are both safe and genuinely delicious. What started as a mission to recreate the nostalgic baked goods she grew up loving has become a bakery dedicated to making gluten-free desserts that feel special, beautiful, and worth celebrating.
